Holiday Hours For Rochester City Offices, Services

From the City of Rochester:

(Monday, Dec. 23, 2019) – City Hall, Neighborhood Service Centers, 311 Call Center, Animal Services, City R-Centers, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park ice rink, Genesee Valley Park ice rink, and all other administrative offices will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 25, in observance of the Christmas holiday. In addition, some City facilities will also be closed on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24. The following City services and locations will follow a modified holiday schedule:

• Refuse and Recycling collection will be delayed one day for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (Wednesday’s collection will be picked up on Thursday, Thursday’s collection will be picked up on Friday, and Friday’s collection will be picked up on Saturday.) For more information, residents may call 311 except on Wednesday.
• City branch libraries will be closed on Tuesday, Dec. 24 and Wednesday, Dec. 25. Normal business hours will resume on Thursday, Dec. 26.
