Rochester’s Department Of Recreation And Human Services Issues RFP Seeking Creative Arts Consultants

The City of Rochester’s Department of Recreation and Human Services has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking the services of a consultant(s) to perform creative arts training and instruction services for youth.

While youth ages 6 through 18 are the primary customers, some services may also be appropriate for adults. Services will be delivered at various R-Centers.
The Department of Recreation and Human Services (DRHS) provides opportunities for the community to learn, socialize, exercise and play while promoting healthy behaviors, with an emphasis on youth. This is accomplished by utilizing a positive youth development philosophy with a focus on competence, usefulness and belonging, as well as the power of influence.
