Victor Traffic Stop Yields 3 Drug-Related Arrests: NYSP
Police established a probable cause to search the car after the traffic stop.

VICTOR, NY — A traffic stop by State Police led to the arrest of three men on drug and other charges. State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 around 9:30 a.m. July 31 in the Town of Victor for a speeding violation. During the interviewing of the driver Bryan Aguirre, 20, of Parish, for the traffic violation probable cause to search the vehicle was established.
During the subsequent search of the vehicle, and two additional occupants Ulises R. Valadez, 19 and Noe Sanchez-Cruz, 26, both from Buffalo, approximately 9.5 grams of cocaine and marijuana were found.
All parties were taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Buffalo, where they were subsequently charged with:

- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree; a Class B Felony (Sanchez-Cruz only)
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree; a Class D Felony (Aguirre only)
- Unlawful Possession of Marihuana; a Violation (Valadez only)
- Vehicle and Traffic Violation (Aguirre only)
- Tampering with Physical Evidence; a Class E Felony (Valadez only)

Valadez and Sanchez-Cruz are being held without bail, and no additional court information was available.
