Executives of 99 Ranch have announced that the legendary Taiwanese-American supermarket will be opening their first New York store at Samanea New York, 1500 Old Country Road, Westbury, during the latter part of 2020.
Currently boasting some 53 stores, 99 Ranch supermarkets can be found in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, New Jersey, Texas, Maryland, and Massachusetts. While today’s announcement marks the first arrival of 99 Ranch in New York it also serves to underscore the company’s confidence in the region’s economy.
Samanea New York Marketing Director David Ackerman stated, “This long term lease agreement continues the building block process of reinventing Samanea New York into an attractive and compelling family destination that is geographically central to so many communities here in the heart of Nassau County.”
