BPP Students to Perform at All-County Festival, Named All-State Musicians

Nine Bayport-Blue Point High students have been selected to perform at the Suffolk County Music Educators Association All-County Festival.

Nine Bayport-Blue Point High School students have been selected for the 2015 Suffolk County Music Educators Association All-County Festival, three of whom were also named all-state musicians.

Being selected into the festival is a highly competitive precess that is based upon a student’s superior score at the New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) solo festival and teacher recommendations. The all-county students will perform alongside the top student-musicians in Suffolk County during this year’s NYSCAME/SCMEA All-County Concert.

The all-state musicians will represent the district at the NYSSMA Winter Conference in Rochester, New York over three days in December.
