Human Remains Discovered In West Brook Pond: Police
The skeletal remains were found Tuesday morning.
GREAT RIVER, NY — Suffolk police are investigating after human remains were found in Great River Tuesday morning.
Officers responded to West Brook Pond after a 911 caller reported skeletal remains found at 11:25 a.m.
The remains were transported to the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner to be examined. The remains have not yet been identified.

Detectives are asking anyone with information to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
