Long Island Weekend Weather Forecast

It looks like spring has sprung after all.

According to the National Weather service, the weekend will start off cloudy with a small chance of rain on Friday, but the skies will turn clear on Saturday and the temperature will hit the low-60s by Sunday.

Here’s what the weather will look like this weekend, according to the NWS:

• Friday day: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 51. A 30 percent chance of showers.
• Friday night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 36. Wind chill values between 30 and 35.
• Saturday day: Sunny, with a high near 53. Wind chill values between 30 and 40 early.
• Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 36.
• Sunday day: Sunny, with a high near 61.
• Sunday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 41.
