Lose the weight before summer... healthfully!

By meeting your body's needs you can release the weight and keep it off for good.

With 70% of adult population in the United States considered overweight or obese, South Bay Wellness Center in Sayville has recognized the need for an intervention. Those who are overweight are at a much greater risk of chronic illnesses as well as the risk of heart attack, stroke, cancer and other causes of premature death. In addition to direct costs such as health care services and drug therapy, those who are overweight and obese are also impacted by indirect costs including lost wages, higher insurance premiums, and lower salaries. As was recently noted in a New York Times article in January, we are in a health crisis.

Recognizing that the rising statistics means that the old diet and exercise paradigm has not been working, Director of Holistic Health Services at South Bay Wellness Center, Danielle Zanzarov PhD, has introduced the VitaLife Weight Loss program to New York. “I am passionate about creating a world where people do not need to suffer from avoidable illness. These days so much of the illness we see can be alleviated by helping people achieve an ideal body weight. I have watched so many people in my own life suffer from obesity related illnesses and pass on and I can not just stand by and watch it keep happening. It’s time to create change in the world,” said Zanzarov. “With the VitaLife program, we are enabling people to take back their health and their lives. We specifically tailor their program to their body and their body’s needs with state-of-the-art technology allowing the release the weight. They see quick and steady results and that motivates them. We are also making sure that they are losing actual body fat and improving body water to establish better cellular function and health. Most programs result in loss of water and muscle weight.”

The data shows that 80% - 95% percent of people who lose weight gain it back though. Zanzarov thinks this is one of the biggest things that sets VitaLife apart from the rest. “Losing weight is easy,” states Zanzarov while mentioning that people lose 20-40lbs in the first 40 days of the program and are not hungry nor required to exercise. “The hard work is really keeping that weight off. This is where most diet programs fail and people end up yo-yoing and making their health worse not better. That is not what we are doing with VitaLife here at South Bay Wellness. We not only ensure that the body resets its weight point but, we work with clients for a minimum of seven months so they never ever need to do another weight loss program again. They leave fully trained in how to keep the weight off for life.”

"The VitaLife program at South Bay Wellness Center is changing lives. “I am on day 28 of the program and I have lost 37lbs,” says Markus. “I noticed that I have a lot more energy when I get up in the morning. I don’t feel lethargic. My wife even has remarked about how much energy I have and how much I have been getting done. I have more mind clarity and I feel sharper. I’m now physically able to do a lot of things I wasn’t able to do prior to starting the program. I can’t say enough about going through this program.“

“I am on day 27 of the program and down 15.4lbs,” said Denise. “This is the best thing I have ever done. 27 days ago I was in pain on daily basis. My arthritis was out of control and my energy was lousy. I can not believe how the pain in my hands has dissipated and how much energy I have. I have been struggling with high cholesterol and diabetes and my numbers are dropping. I have tried other programs before but I never stuck with them for long and I always gained the weight back. I can’t believe how I am not hungry on this program and how motivated I am. It is rewarding to see the scale move. And, I am receiving so much support from the team at South Bay Wellness. They are caring and attentive and I know they are here to have me succeed.”
