Man Wanted for Petit Larceny

Local authorities are seeking the public’s help with identifying and locating a man who stole a security device from a Hauppauge store.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Precinct Crime Section officers are looking for a man who entered the Staples located at 526 Route 111 and stole an Alpha Key on May 28 at around 7:20 p.m. The device is a magnetic key used to unlock security devices on merchandise.
