New Furniture Store Coming To Sayville Plaza

BOHEMIA, NY — A new store will be coming to the Sayville Plaza shopping center.

Breslin Realty announced this week the signing of a lease with the Long Island-based Jennifer Furniture at 5187 Sunrise Highway.

This will be the fifth Long Island location for the chain with stores in Farmingdale, Patchogue, Carle Place and Coram.

The new furniture will be taking over a 10,000-square-foot storefront in the center. In Dec. 2019, the Pier 1 store within the center shut down.

The Sayville Plaza retail includes Old Navy, Panera Bread, Sprint, Chipotle, GoHealth Urgent Care, and The Vitamin Shoppe.

There is still a 38,000-square-foot big box store available at the plaza, as well as a 3,000 square foot endcap with a drive-thru.
