UPDATE: Man No Longer Wanted For Questioning On Burglaries
The investigation continues on the burglaries that occurred at 3 restaurants in the Bayport-Blue Point area this month.

BAYPORT-BLUE POINT, NY — Suffolk police said on Wednesday that the man wanted for questioning has been in contact with police and is no longer wanted.
The investigation is continuing. Detectives are asking anyone with information on the
burglaries to contact Crime Stoppers.

BAYPORT-BLUE POINT, NY — Suffolk police say two men wanted for questioning in connection to three burglaries reported at restaurants in Bayport and Blue Point earlier this month.

According to police, the three businesses were burglarized between Saturday, Oct. 17 and Sunday, Oct. 18. First, JT's Cafe on Monutak Highway in Blue Point was burglarized sometime between midnight and 7 a.m. Sunday. Someone kicked in door and stole money and a hard drive, police said.
Then the second burglary was reported Le Soir on Montauk Highway in Bayport sometime between 11:30 p.m. on Saturday and 11:30 a.m. on Sunday. An espresso machine, liquor and cash were reported stolen from the business, police said.
Finally on Sunday morning, police discovered a burglary at JT's Farmhouse at 8:30 a.m. The door to the eatery was pried open and money, camera and DVR stolen, police said.
While no arrests have been made, on Tuesday police releases photos of two men they said are wanted for questioning in connection to the incidents.
