Police Seek Public's Help to Identify Vacuum Thief

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fifth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who stole a vacuum cleaner from a store in Sayville.

On Aug.8 between 10 a.m. and 10:35 a.m., a man entered Target, located at 5750 Sunrise Highway, and stole a Dyson vacuum cleaner.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
