New Sayville Breakfast Spot 'Brunch By Eat Me Drink Me' Approved
The owner of Eat Me, Drink Me food trucks wants to bring the concept of elevated and fresh brunch food to downtown Sayville.

SAYVILLE, NY — Sayville Village will be getting a new brunch option early next year. The town board recently approved the application of Bay Shore resident Michelle Panciarello to open a breakfast eatery at 32 Foster Ave, with a working name of Brunch by Eat Me Drink Me.
Panciarello operates three mobile catering trucks called Eat Me, Drink Me with her staff that serve grassfed burgers, appetizers, tacos and hand-cut gourmet fries at events, often on the East End. She told Patch that thought about taking her business to a brick and mortar location for years but once she found the perfect location in Sayville, she decided to take the leap.
Panciarello says the new brunch spot will have her and fellow staff doing all their own bread baking, serving homemade biscuits, jams and preserves. She is aiming for an early 2021 opening.

"We are taking our food truck model and applying it to brunch with fresh, local when possible, food and equal air time for vegetarians and vegans. They can get the same thing as their friends," not just served an afterthought vegetarian option, she explained.
The eatery will be casual, with counter service, and dry—no alcohol will be served. Hours will be 8. a.m. until 3 p.m. with some lunch options.

"32 foster looked like a little house, with super cool landlord," she said.
"It was the perfect spot."
