Sayville High School Students Tackle Earth Day Litter Clean-Up

SWEEP and Science National Honor Society members cleaned up trash along Brook Street doing their part to make the community cleaner.

Sayville SWEEP participated in an Earth Day clean-up on April 22, Earth Day, as part of the Keep Islip Clean campaign. “SWEEP and Science National Honor Society members,” reported Sonja Anderson, High School Science Teacher and Advisor for both clubs, “cleaned up trash along Brook Street doing their part to make our local community and waterway cleaner.”
