SAYVILLE, NY - The building housing the Starbucks coffeehouse in Sayville is officially on the market.
According to a real estate listing on Xome.com, the building on 59 Main Street has been listed for sale.
The listing clarifies that only the building is for sale, not the actual Starbucks business.

The 0.06 acre lot has not officially been sold, but the site claims that a sale is "pending."
The last time the building was sold was in 1995. It was originally listed in April for $1.1 million, but the price has dropped in the last few months to just under $750,000.

The website claims the spot is "perfect for coffee shop or small cafe restaurant in the heart of downtown."
It has not yet been confirmed if Starbucks will be moving to another location in town.
