The Shed Officially Opens New West Sayville Restaurant Tuesday
The popular Huntington-based eatery officially opened its second location on Tuesday.
WEST SAYVILLE, NY - A popular Huntington-based restaurant officially opened its second location in West Sayville on Tuesday.
The Shed officially opened the doors to its latest eatery on 21 Main Street at the site of the former Bluestone Tavern. Owner John Tunney originally opened the first restaurant, best known for their brunch specials, on 54 New Street in 2017.
The new West Sayville location opened for business at 10 a.m. on Nov. 19. For opening week, the hours of operation begin 9 a.m. on weekends and 10 a.m. from Tuesday through Friday. The eatery will be closed Mondays until Jan. 20 (Martin Luther King Day). After that, The Shed we will be open the full seven days a week for brunch and dinner.

The brunch menu includes pancakes, french toast, omelettes and more. For dinner, the menu also includes some "breakfast" foods such as frittatas and avocado toast. In addition, customers can choose from burgers or entrees such as chicken and waffles, salmon, steak and more. Click here to see the full menu.
