Edgemont Woman Dies After Being Hit By Car
Police said the driver of the car stopped and called 911.
EDGEMONT, NY — A 67-year-old Edgemont woman died after being hit by a car Friday in Edgemont. She was struck by a 2014 Acura MDX around 6 p.m., after which she was taken to Westchester Medical Center.
Greenburgh police said she died later that evening. Her name has not been released.
The incident occurred on Fort hill Road south of the intersection with Underhill Road.

The driver of the Acura was a 49-year-old Edgemont woman. Police said she stopped and called 911.
She had two other people in her car; no one was injured.
