Falling Tree Seriously Injures HELP Truck Driver
The incident happened on the Hutchinson Parkway.
SCARSDALE, NY — The driver of a HELP truck was seriously injured Monday afternoon when a tree fell on his vehicle on the Hutchinson River Parkway just south of Mamaroneck Road in Scarsdale.
The incident occurred shortly after 4 p.m.
The driver was trapped inside the vehicle and was extricated by the Scarsdale Fire Department. He was transported by ambulance to Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, where he was admitted.
