Scarsdale Elementary School Evacuated Due To Threat Wednesday

SCARSDALE, NY — Quaker Ridge Elementary School in Scarsdale was evacuated Wednesday because of a written threat. The school district said the evacuation was made out of an abundance of caution.

Scarsdale police, as well as the county bomb squad, checked the building while students were relocated to another location, the Journal News said.

Authorities determined there was no credible threat.
