Search For Missing Scarsdale Man Cancelled: UPDATE

Police had said he was traveling toward Dutchess County.

SCARSDALE, NY — Authorities said the search for John Lamson was cancelled as of 7:41 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6. No further information was available.

SCARSDALE, NY — Police are looking for an 85-year-old missing vulnerable adult with dementia. John Lyon Lamson, who was last seen on Barclay Road in Scarsdale at 10:30 a.m Wednesday, Feb. 6, may be in need of medical attention.

Lamson was driving a 2010 gray Acura TSX with New York registration DVF-8287.

Recent information indicates he is traveling northbound toward Dutchess County.

Lamson is a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds.
