Scarsdale Medical Group To Partner With White Plains Hospital

WHITE PLAINS, NY — Scarsdale Medical Group, a long-standing medical practice in Westchester, and White Plains Hospital signed an agreement that will serve to formalize and advance their relationship as partners.

With offices in Scarsdale, Harrison and Eastchester, the Scarsdale Medical Group has been providing individualized care in Westchester and surrounding counties for nearly 60 years, according to a spokesperson. The group has more than 50 physicians focused on providing primary care as well as a wide range of medical specialties for the entire family.

“During this transformative time in healthcare, finding the right partner to align with is essential to ensuring high quality, coordinated care for our community,” said Kenneth Croen, MD, Managing Partner, Scarsdale Medical Group.

“White Plains Hospital is the right partner for our future,” he said.

This new alliance will result in coordination of care between the practicing physicians of Scarsdale Medical Group and the advanced services at White Plains Hospital.

Susan Fox, the hospital’s president and CEO, said the hospital was pleased to be partnering in a more official capacity.

“Scarsdale Medical Group and White Plains Hospital have for many years benefited from a very strong relationship, collaborating closely on patient care,” she said.

White Plains Hospital has been a leader in providing patient-focused care to the Westchester Community for nearly 125 years and has recently undergone a campus transformation and geographic expansion, with 17 satellite facilities across the county.
