The Frederick S. Fish Investment Company has turned in an amended plan to construct a four-story, 11 unit multi-family building at 2-4 Weaver Street. The possible project would also use two adjacent, village-owned parcels.

The company is seeking 24 residential parking spaces over an existing parking area, as well, to comply with village code.
