Scarsdale’s Palisades Hudson Names Vice President

SCARSDALE, NY - Palisades Hudson Financial Group, a wealth management and financial planning firm, has promoted Eric Meermann from client service manager to vice president. He’ll continue to be the client service executive in charge of the firm's Northeast practice and the head of the firm's national business-valuation practice.

Meermann will also direct the firm's new Entertainment and Sports Team. Registered with the NFL Players Association as a financial adviser, Meermann will provide complete financial services to metropolitan New York's large community of film, music, television, online video and stage performers, as well as professional athletes and sports executives.

A graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business, Meermann joined Palisades Hudson in 2000. He holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification, the IRS’s Enrolled Agent (EA) designation and the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
