Scarsdale Tech Summer Camp to Host STEM-Together Celebration

The festivities will mark the reopening of Westchester's premier tech education program after Covid

RSVP here - Space is limited.

The Digital Arts Experience (The DAE) is holding a STEM activity fair on Friday, April 16th after school (4 PM) at their location in Scarsdale to celebrate the reopening of in-person programs and offering spring classes and summer camps. The event is free and open to Westchester families who RSVP, with limited capacity.

“We are extremely excited to bring our amazing students back to our space. It’s been a very challenging year and kids have been deprived of meaningful interactions with their peers,” says Founder and President Rob Kissner. “We wanted to do something special for the community to celebrate being able to come back together over our common love for technology and creativity!”

The STEM-Together Celebration will also include:

  • Storytelling & character design
  • Drone course
  • Scratch game design
  • chalk tic-tac-toe
  • 3D Printing & laser cutting
  • & more!

RSVP here - Space is limited.

From day one, The DAE has been about more than just kids learning cool technology. It’s been a safe space for tech-savvy kids to come together and geek out over shared interests. When The DAE closed its doors temporarily during the lockdowns, they continued to offer online classes, quests, and clubs in addition to virtual private lessons and birthday parties. Now, with schools opening back up and vaccines becoming more widely available, The DAE staff is excited to open up shop once again. It’s a celebration!
