Firefighter Injured Responding To Car Fire: Police
The incident took place Monday night, police say.
MASTIC, NY — A firefighter was injured while responding to a car fire in Mastic Monday night, police said.
According to Suffolk County Police, seventh precinct officers responded to the car fire on Mastic Road at 7:40 p.m. A firefighter from the Mastic Fire Department was transported to Long Island Community Hospital with injuries, police said.
