Office Now Vacant on Second Ave. [Empty in Smithtown]
The top floor is once again empty, leaving 2,500 feet of office space available.
Office space has just become available in St. James.
The top floor of the building located at 176 Second Avenue is now open for rent to any taker, on the real estate market for just two weeks. The bottom floor is the longtime home of Natalie Weinstein Design Associates.
The space on the top floor has seen some recent turnover as multiple businesses have occupied it, from a construction business to a design business, a retail fashion company and more.
According to its listing on MLSLI.com, rent for the 2,500 square foot location is $2,200.
William Garthe of Reliance Mortgage & Real Estate said there hasn't been any interest in the location yet, something he attributes to the short amount of time it has been on the market.
Garthe also said he is looking to rent the top floor space as one unit but it could be split and rented as two separate units.
