Realtor: No Bites on Abandoned Strip Mall

A strip mall that once housed 6th Avenue Electronics still lies dormant after the merchant vacated the property in in January 2012. 

Ripco realtor Tom Rettaliata, the leasing agent on the property, said they are still trying to lock down a store that can anchor the strip mall.

The building on the western side of the property is about 20,000 square feet. Another 17,000 square feet of space lies on the eastern side.

“There’s been some interest, but nothing to report yet,” said Rettaliata.
