A Bob's Burgers Pop-Up Restaurant Is Coming To Soho

For seven days, you can order the same burgers featured on the cartoon.

SOHO, NY — A pop-up restaurant inspired by the adult cartoon "Bob's Burgers" is coming to Soho next week.

The cartoon, which features the Belcher family and their burger business, will be the inspiration behind a short-term burger joint in Soho. The celebrity chef Alvin Cailan is taking over space at the Chefs Club Counter, a high-end food hall that rotates through fancy dishes from critically-acclaimed chefs. Cailan is currently chef-in-residence at the Chefs Club Counter, which is located at 62 Spring St.

Cailan opened a similar Bob's Burgers pop-up in Los Angeles last year, and the pop-up coming Manhattan is highly anticipated.

Starting on Monday and lasting through Dec. 24, there will be a different type of burger each day. Chefs Club Counter says the burgers will be on sale from 11:30 a.m. until they sell out, which they are expected to. All of the burgers will be inspired by the show's fictional menu.
