Chrissy Teigen, John Legend Pay $9 Million For Soho Penthouse

SOHO, NY — Chrissy Teigen and John Legend purchased a Soho penthouse this month for $9.02 million, city property records show.

The celebrity couple purchased the home, located on Broome Street near Mott Street, in a deal that was finalized on May 9. The paperwork was made available on Monday, and The Real Deal first reported on the couple's new home. The apartment has 2,610 square feet of indoor space, plus 1,800 square feet of outdoor space.

Teigen and Legend used an LLC to purchased the penthouse loft from the seller. The luxury home includes a roof garden and three bedrooms, enough space for the couple's growing family, according to its listing. This week, the duo welcomed their second child, Miles Stephens, Teigen announced on Instagram.

The couple previously lived in a smaller condo in the same building, which they sold in 2016 for $3.9 million, the Wall Street Journal reported at the time.
