Check out these five bars in SoHo for a delicious end of the summer celebration.

SOHO, NY — Labor Day weekend is the perfect time to enjoy a day off from work, kick back with your friends over some cold drinks and take in the last days of summer before the city's coldest months creep up on us.

These five outdoor SoHo bars are a must-visit if you're staying in the city this weekend.

1. Sweet & Vicious — 5 Spring St. between Bowery ad Elizabeth

Sweet & Vicious offers a relaxed garden to enjoy a $10 margarita served in a large Mason jar, also known as a "jargarita" at Sweet & Vicious. The garden is casual, plays great music and there are an array of tables to sit at while soaking up the sun. Get here early to grab a table, as it gets pretty crowded during happy hour.

2. Gilligan's at the Soho Grand Hotel — 310 W. Broadway

Gilligan's is a charming pop-up restaurant in the Soho Grand Hotel. It's based on the Hampton's restaurant Moby's and is covered in tropical decorations, like wicker furniture, palm leaves and beach umbrellas. Gilligan's also provides delicious food and drink options synonymous with summer. Cool down with their infamous frozen watermelon margarita and some fresh oysters while sitting on their outside deck.

Just being outdoors with drink in hand is my ideal way to spend a warm summer night in the city. That said, Gilligan's is one hell of a way to sit around in short sleeves and jorts with a tasty cocktail by your side."

3. Pera Soho — 54 Thompson St.

Pera Soho is a Mediterranean restaurant with a great outdoor patio and a rooftop with twinkling lights and vibrant red umbrellas. Come for happy hour and enjoy snacks like Mediterranean fries, phyllo rolls, and sliders paired with half-off drinks like a blood orange martini or a Turkish apricot margarita. The ambience is chic and the food and drink options offer a unique twist.

4. Jimmy at the James — 15 Thompson St.

Jimmy at the James Hotel has some of the best views of the city and One World Trade Center at their rooftop pool. Bring your swimsuit to enjoy the pool and frozen drinks. With a stylish ambience, the drinks are fairly expensive, but the views and the pool make up for it. The bar has outdoor and indoor seating if you get a little bit too much sun and want to head indoors. There's a party atmosphere at Jimmy, so come ready to socialize.

To top things of, Jimmys have a pool, which just make the roof even better! Located in SOHO on top of the James Hotel, this rooftop is filled with attractive people from all over the world."

5. The Crosby Bar — 79 Crosby St

The Crosby Bar is located in the Crosby Street Hotel on a quiet cobblestone street in the heart of SoHo. The sunken outdoor terrace is perfectly situated amongst wildflowers and a blossoming apple tree. The terrace is relaxed and offers an intimate setting to catch up with friends over a SoHo Spritz, an Empire Fizz or a Blackberry Bramble.

Great music playing softly in the background and wonderful seating options. Every table is different, with different chairs. I imagine this place is great or happy hour."
