Flexible-Office Company Snaps Up Massive Space In Soho

The 49,000 square foot space marks Knotel's seventh Soho location where it creates flexible office space for businesses.

SOHO, NY — Flexible-office giant Knotel inked a deal for a massive Broadway space in Soho, making it the company's seventh outpost in the neighborhood, sources told The Real Deal.

Knotel negotiated a 10-year deal for the 49,000 square foot space at 530-536 Broadway, where the owners were asking for $75 per square foot, the real estate website reported.

The company, whose main competitor is WeWork, creates custom spaces for established and growing companies with customers including Starbucks, the financial news network Cheddar, and game developer King.
