Heidi Klum Buys $5.1M Soho Loft: Report

SOHO, NY — Heidi Klum paid $5.1 million for an unfinished loft in Soho, according to news reports and city records.

The supermodel and entrepreneur finalized the deal on March 9, according to real estate records. She purchased the property, located at 515 Broadway, for $5.1 million under an LLC named "HK East Coast."

Variety was first to report that the celebrity had purchased the loft, which is located in a building that dates back to the 1800s.

The real estate listing describes the loft as requiring a "total renovation." The massive space spans 4,772 square feet, and was used for the last 30 years as artist's studio, one of the last of a dying breed in the neighborhood.
