See The Staggering Price Of A 350 Foot NYC Apartment

This tiny Soho apartment has a big price tag.

SOHO, NY — This tiny but stylish 350-square-foot apartment is on the market for a whopping $750,000, according to the property listing on Realtor.com.

Minimalist guru and Life Edited founder Graham Hill designed the L-shaped pad at 150 Sullivan Street with a slew of space-saving hacks to maximize the mini-apartment, which is less than half of the size of an average two-car garage. The apartment is in the same building as the slightly larger 420-square-foot micro apartment Hill renovated and made headlines for when it sold in 2014 to the tune of $790,000.

This time around Hill dubbed the apartment LE2 or Life Edited 2, the first apartment was Life Edited 1. He purchased the property in the six-story co-op building for $280,000 back in 2010 and has since transformed it into a tiny living lovers dream.

The living room can convert into a dining room with seating for ten. A murphy bed allows the room to double as a bedroom. A home office folds down from the wall and a sliding accordion divider allows for a completely private guests room. The custom features are included in the listing price.

The apartment does not sacrifice high-quality finishes for space, including a smart lock, lighting controls, Amazon Echo voice control, Apple TV and high-tech speakers to optimize the wow-factor. All the technology is smartphone controlled.
