Kirsten Dunst Sells Soho Loft For $4.4 Million

SOHO, NY — Kirsten Dunst has sold her Soho penthouse for almost $4.4 million, according to city property records.

The actress has been trying to offload the two-bedroom pad, located at 477 Washington St., since last year, when she first listed the apartment for $5 million. Dunst later dropped the price to $4.5 million. The deal was finalized in April, and the documents were made available on Monday. The Observer first reported on the sale.

The apartment was entirely gut renovated while Dunst lived there, according to the listing, and includes a private elevators that opens directly into the apartment.

Dunst gave birth to her first child, a baby boy, with fiance Jesse Plemons earlier this month.
