Live In Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel's Apartment

SOHO, NY — Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are selling their Soho penthouse for $7.995 million.

Timberlake bought the spacious home at 311 W. Broadway in 2010 for $6.5 million, Curbed reported at the time.

Now, the penthouse is on the market. The three-bedroom apartment comes with lots of fancy amenities plus a wraparound terrace, according to the listing. The space is 2,598 square feet.

Last year, the famous couple bought an apartment at 443 Greenwich St. in Tribeca, the apartment building that's become home to scores of famous celebrities. In addition to Timberlake and Biel, the address counts Meg Ryan, Jake Gyllenhaal and Rebel Wilson as residents.
