Meg Ryan Sells SoHo Loft Sells For $9.85M
The 'You've Got Mail' star moved into the star-studded apartment building at 443 Greenwich St.

SOHO, NY — Meg Ryan's luxe SoHo loft has sold for $9.85 million, more than $1 million below the home's original asking price, according to Curbed New York.

The "You've Got Mail" star bought a new place in TriBeCa, a 3,155 square foot apartment she purchased for $9.39 million. Public records show that Ryan's new apartment was bought by Third World Dog Trust, an LLC that she's used previously to purchase property.

Ryan's new home at 443 Greenwich St. is famously star-studded. The building, which comes with a private, paparazzi-proof garage, is reportedly home to stars including Jennifer Lawrence, who recently put her pad up for rent, and Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.
