Paul Manafort's SoHo Loft Up For Grabs For $3.66M
The feds are selling former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort's SoHo loft for $3.66 million.

SOHO, NY — While former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort sits behind bars in Pennsylvania, the federal government is selling his SoHo loft for $3.66 million, per a U.S. Marshals' listing.
The full-floor loft sits on the fourth floor of a five-unit condo building at 29 Howard St. that was built in 1895, the listing says.
The swanky loft is described as being "recently renovated" with solid walnut floors, central air conditioning, a new kitchen and exposed brick walls, according to the listing. In the living room, there's a wood-burning fireplace, and the condo faces north looking up Crosby Street. A private bedroom wing includes sunny, south-facing windows, and the master suite features a marble bath and walk-in closet, according to the listing.

The federal government seized Manafort's SoHo condo as well as a Carroll Gardens brownstone under a plea deal last fall. The feds accused Manafort of using money from secret offshore bank accounts to buy both homes. Earlier this week, the New York Times reported that Manafort could be transferred to Rikers Island under separate charges brought by the Manhattan District Attorney.
The SoHo home is one of five of Manafort's properties in New York totaling some $22 million that the government seized, according to the New York Post, which first reported the listing.
