Penthouse Offers Library With Fireplace In NoHo For $18 Million
An $18 million penthouse in NoHo features a library with a fireplace.
NOHO, NY — A penthouse at the top of The Schumacher in NoHo is up for grabs for $17.9 million — down from previously reported prices at $25 million about three years ago.
The penthouse, located atop a converted condo building called The Schumacher at 36 Bleecker St. between Mott and Mulberry streets, features nearly 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and also features a library with a fireplace.
A sun-filled living room stretching 67 feet wide is also in the penthouse, per the Brown Harris Stevens listing. There are two wrap-around terraces with a gas grill.

Previously, Penthouse A was listed for $25 million, which was cut down to $20 million in June 2016, per Curbed.
The NoHo building was previously a printing factory for Schumacher & Ettlinger in the 19th century, Curbed reported back in 2015.

The old printing factory was converted to high-end, luxury condos in recent years — with some 20 condos designed by Morris Adjmi in the 7-story building.
Back in 2016, "The Wolf of Wall Street" actor Jonah Hill purchased a $9.5 digs at the building, the New York Post reported at the time.
