Person Struck By Train At Spring Street Station On C, E Line

Straphangers commuting home should expect delays on the A, C and E line after a person was struck by a south-bound train, the MTA said.

SOHO, NY — A person was struck by a south-bound train at the Spring Street station on the C, E line Tuesday evening, the MTA said.

Subway riders commuting during the evening rush should expect delays on the A, C and E lines.

South-bound C trains are running express from 59th Street Columbus Circle to Canal Street and south-bound E trains are bypassing stops from 42nd Street Port Authority Bus Terminal to Canal Street, according to the MTA.
