Say Hello To SoHo's Very Own Animal Haven Adoption Center
Officially opened in October last year, the adoption center now calls SoHo one of its homes.
SOHO, NY — If you're walking at the average New Yorker's brisk and brusque speed, you might miss Animal Haven's SoHo adoption center located on 200 Centre St. The center, introduced in October last year, offers homeless animals the opportunity to be matched with loving homes.
The center showcases a variety of adorable dogs and cats available to be adopted seven days a week. The open week schedule caters to the hectic schedules of many New Yorkers who seek to adopt homeless animals but fall short on time. The adoption center, with Mayor's Alliance funding through the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, provides homeless animals in New York City a chance to find families that are the right fit for them.
In addition to providing adoption for animals, Animal Haven runs a full-service pet resource in the area where you can find dog training, agility classes or simply groom your furry little friend. Plus, corporate partner Build-A-Bear Workshop offers a warm and welcoming corner for kids and grown-ups alike so that they can sit back and enjoy a good read from the education library on site.
