SEE IT: Bandits Rob Soho Smoke Shop At Gunpoint

A bandana-clad bandit pulled out a handgun and forced the shop's clerk to give up $1,500 in cash, police said.

SOHO, NY — Two thieves strolled into a Soho smoke shop Tuesday and robbed the joint at gunpoint, police said.

The men calmly walked into A & R News and Candy Corp. on West Houston between Sullivan and Thompson streets at about 10:30 p.m., said authorities.

One robber, who covered his face with a bright red bandana, went behind the counter, pulled a handgun out from his waistband and pressed the 60-year-old clerk against a glass display case, surveillance video shows.
