Some very high-end SoHo lofts with very large price tags have been sitting on the market for more than a year.

SOHO, NY — The real estate scene in modern-day SoHo is one that largely boasts luxury homes. Cast iron buildings that have been renovated with state-of-the-art appliances, rooftop views in a central Manhattan location, and artsy details all combine to make some SoHo pads among the prices in the city.

Patch took a look at some of the high-end homes that don't seem to be selling. These homes have all sat on the market for more than a year.
