You Can Take A $25 Nap In Casper's Soho 'Dreamery'
New Yorkers can slip into a pair of pajamas for a 45 minute nap in one of nine "magical" sleeping pods.

SOHO, NY — New York may be the city that never sleeps, but mattress company Casper aims to change that with its Soho nap shop where customers can slip into a pair of pajamas and catch some shut eye on the go.
For $25, The Dreamery offers city dwellers 45 minutes to snooze in a "Casper Nook," which holds a Casper mattress draped in the company's bedding along with a set of designer pajamas, socks and an eye mask — fresh for each napper. A tooth brush, face wash and even post-sleep coffee come with nap.
The Mercer Street space has nine nooks and aims to be a health and wellness destination for the city, explained a Casper executive.

“A lot of people need a break but don’t have a place for it, whether they’ve taken the redeye and need a place to crash, or are far away from home and need to settle down for a bit during a 14-hour work day,” Eleanor Morgan, Casper’s senior vice president of experience, told Racked. “We’re passionate about creating a cultural movement around sleep, and we think a lot about how to give people different ways to rest and recharge.”
In addition to creating an idyllic dream land, The Dreamery aims to house events about sleep and wellness for workaholic, sleep starved New Yorkers down the road.
