Take a look at the most expensive home for sale in New York.

New York's most expensive piece of real estate for sale is a 12-bedroom, 42-plus-acre estate located in the Town of Southampton. Yes, it costs a good chunk of change but it boasts the longest ocean frontage in the Hamptons, at almost 1,300 feet.

Located at 90 Jule Pond in Water Mill, Suffolk County, the estate's resort-grade amenities include tennis and basketball courts, an outdoor kitchen and a 60-foot pool. The home is on the market for $175 million and ranks as the second most expensive home for sale in the country, according to PropertyShark. The real estate website analyzed active listings across the U.S. to identify the most expensive home for sale in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

According to PropertyShark, the homes range between $3.5 million to $500 million. The $500 million home is a Los Angeles property called “The One.” The home has “20 bedrooms, four swimming pools, an in-home theater, four-lane bowling alley, a private nightclub complete with VIP room, 30-car garage, actual moats and even jellyfish aquariums as ceilings,” PropertyShark writes.
