Hypnosis for Smoking Cessation

Albert R. O’Connell, a certified hypnotist, will be at The Ed & Phyllis Davis Wellness Institute in Southampton on Tuesday at 6 p.m. to help smokers break the habit. The cost of this one-time program is $75.

Living with Diabetes

Join The Ed & Phyllis Davis Wellness Institute in Southampton for an interactive group session and learn how to best manage your type I and type II diabetes on Wednesday at noon. Gain insight on medications, treatments, exercise, and nutrition. A new topic and guest speaker are featured each month.

Super Bowl at Townline BBQ

Townline BBQ in Sagaponack will be celebrating Super Bowl Sunday with some in house specials, take out specials and great raffles for those catching the game at Townline. Watch the game and be eligible to win a prizes from one of our 4 raffles during the game, which will be held at end of each quarter. Must be present to win.
