South Fork Bakery is a bakery that gives meaningful and supported employment to adults with disabilities on the East End of Long Island. It was started by a speech therapist/family coach that was working with students with disabilities and saw a need for employment after they age out of High School. There is about 16 adults. The adults do all the parts of the bakery from baking, packing, labeling, deliveries and much more. We are in 60 stores and 4 farmers markets.
