George Stephanopoulos and Wife Ali Wentworth Selling Charming Southampton Estate

SOUTHAMPTON, NY - George Stephanopoulos, of of ABC's "Good Morning America" and "This Week" fame, along with his wife, author and actress Ali Wentworth, have put their beautiful six-bedroom/six-and-a-half-bathroom Southampton home up for sale for $6.9 million, according to realtor.com.

The couple, who have two daughters and two dogs, have lived at the spot since 2013 when they bought the 4,800 square foot classic Hamptons shingled home with pool and tennis court — and a beautifully landscaped yard — for $4.5 million.

Prior to moving to Southampton, the pair owned four different homes in East Hampton, according to Variety, including a 4500-square foot estate just steps from the ultra-exclusive Maidstone Club on the ocean.

The pair are longtime Hamptons fixtures: Stephanopoulos has been spotted vacationing on Georgica Beach since his days in the White House during the Clinton administration. And now that Stephanopoulos has signed a new contract with ABC, which could net him over $100 million over the next few years, we doubt they will be moving out of the Hamptons.
