2 Charged With DWI in Southampton Town Saturday
Guy Lewi of California and Juan Fajardo of Southampton were arrested after allegedly operating vehicles while impaired.

Two men were arrested Saturday on driving while impaired charges, according to Southampton Town Police.
Guy Levi, 39, of California, while driving on Millstone Road in the Hamlet of North Sea around 7 p.m., was observed failing to maintain his lane of travel, according to the police report. Upon further investigation he was allegedly found to be operating his vehicle while impaired by drugs.
Levi was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, criminal possession of marihuana, a misdemeanor, and failing to maintain his lane of travel, a traffic infraction.

Later that evening around 9 p.m., Juan Fajardo, 35, Southampton was observed driving in the center turning lane on Flanders Road, in the hamlet of Flanders. Upon further investigation he was found to be intoxicated and arrested.
Fajardo was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, driving on the left of pavement markings, failing to maintain his lane, unlicensed operation and refusal to take a breath test, all traffic infractions.

Both were transported to Southampton Town Police Headquarters for arrest processing and held for morning arraignment.
