Instacart Delivery Comes To Hamptons For First Time
South Fork residents can have Stop& Shop groceries delivered to their homes by Instacart for the first time.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — South Fork residents who feel more comfortable having their groceries delivered to their doorsteps now have a popular option available: Instacart announced this week that for the first time, delivery is available at locations throughout the Hamptons.
Instacart will deliver groceries and household goods in as fast as an hour from Stop & Shop and JP, or Juice Press, a release said.
All Stop & Shop and JP locations throughout The Hamptons are available on the Instacart marketplace, the release said. "Whether residents need groceries for the week or a last minute juice, smoothie or bowl delivery — they can now get their fresh produce, proteins and pantry staples delivered," the release said.

Here's how Instacart works:
- Customers will have access to a variety of fresh groceries, frozen goods and pantry staples for delivery.
- Stop & Shop delivery is available from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays and Saturdays, and Sundays from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., while JP delivery is available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Customers can begin shopping on Instacart by visitingthe desktop site or opening the app on their mobile device, entering their address and navigating to a retailer.
- An Instacart personal shopper will pick and deliver the order within the customer's designated time frame — whether they choose to receive their order as quickly as possible or schedule their delivery in advance, the release said.
