Jimmy Buffett And Jon Bon Jovi To Host Hamptons Hillary Clinton Fundraiser

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — There will be lots of music at the fundraising dinner Jimmy Buffett is throwing for the Democratic Presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, at his waterfront estate in the Hamptons.

Buffett has added fellow Hamptonite Jon Bon Jovi to the event, according to the New York Post, which is reporting the fundraiser will take place on August 30, with tickets ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.

On August 28 Clinton will attend a dinner hosted by Jonathan Tisch and Bill Rudin, where seats are $33,400 each, reported The Hollywood Reporter.

Among the other events during Clinton’s whirlwind fundraising Hamptons trip, scheduled between August 26 to August 30, is an "Evening with Chelsea," Clinton's daughter, at the Wolffer Estate Vineyard, according to the magazine's website.

This isn’t the first time Bon Jovi has shown his support for Clinton. Billboard reported that in June, Bon Jovi hit the campaign trail with the Democratic presidential candidate in Newark, NJ, and later attended a fundraiser for Clinton in Boston, MA.

Clinton’s GOP rival, Donald Trump, already hit up the Hamptons earlier this month. On August 13 he attended a fundraiser thrown by Woody Johnson at his East Hampton estate, reported The Hollywood Reporter.
